Captains Meetings
• All officials report to the floor 15 minutes prior to the game time.
Officials’ arrival time is by rule to supervise both teams during the
warm-up period and perform their assigned pre-game duties.
• All officials inspects uniforms, making certain that opposing teams are
wearing contracting colors and that numbers are legal, checks for
jewelry and pockets.
• Umpire 1 observes the visiting team and Umpire 2 observes the home
team, as long as teams are warming up. Assume the same positions
after meeting with captains.
• Introducing of Captains:

At approximately 2 minutes before the game;
Umpire 1 brings the visiting captain;
Umpire 2 brings the home captain;
Referee conducts brief meeting covering ground rules and necessary
administrative remarks.
