Basic guideline of LCA
1. Learning should be based on
Learner’s prior experience and
knowledge.
2. Learning should be related to their
daily lives.
3. Learning should include hands-on
activities, such as field trip, experiment,
visit, and meet outside people.
4. Learning should be used media such
as real objects, models, worksheets, TV,
photo, PC, Internet, etc.
5. learning should be conducted in
group. Learners need to interact each
other or other people.
6. After learning, Learners need to
reflect what they learn.

3. Learning should be authentic.
(learning is not for the sake of
teachers)
4. Democratic relation between
teacher and learner is necessarily.
5. Teachers do not need to know
everything.
6. Teachers give up control in certain
extent.
7. Teachers provide freedom to the
learner so that they can choose
learning objectives, methods and
contents
