 Pay Plan resulted in:
 Collapsing of titles for classified employees
 Length of service adjustments
 All classified employees received pay
increase with initial implementation on July 1,
2009
 Based on length of service as of June 30, 2009:

 Classified employees only
 Appropriate percentage was calculated and
added to current salary
 If amount put salary above entry rate for position
grade, calculated salary became new salary
 If amount was less than entry for grade, then
percentage calculation was disregarded and
difference in current salary and new entry rate
was divided in half, and that half was added to
current salary

 If amount is less than entry rate for grade, then
salary is increased to entry rate
