นามสมมติ: เอมอร เชื้อดี
ผูป้ ่ วยเพศหญิง อายุ 46 ปี
CC : ฟันกรามน้อยด้านบนที่อุดไปเสี ยวและมีเศษ
อาหารมาติด
HPI : ตอนแรกผูป้ ่ วยมีอาการเสี ยวฟันเมื่อดื่มน้ าเย็น
และทานอาหารหวาน เมื่อหยุดทานอาการจะหายไป
ได้เอง มีอาการมา 2-3 เดือน จึงมาพบ นทพ. เพื่ออุด
ฟัน หลังจากอุดฟันไป 1 สัปดาห์ ผูป้ ่ วยมีอาการเสี ยว
ฟันมากกว่าเดิม
Effect of patient : ทาให้เคี้ยวอาหารได้ลาบาก
Patient’s belief : ยังอุดฟันได้ไม่แน่น จึงมีช่องว่า
เหลืออยูท่ าให้เศษอาหารเข้าไปติดได้และเสี ยวฟัน

ส่ งลูกเรี ยน 2 คน
