‫‪• What is the relationship between investments in the action plan and‬‬
‫‪quantifiable key performance indicators.‬‬

‫?‪Justify the necessity of the expenditure for the implementation of the action‬‬
‫عند إعدادك ميزانية المشروع يرجى مراعاة ما يلي ‪:‬‬
‫‪ ‬أن نسبة التمويل سوف تكون مطبقة على كل بند من بنود الميزانية وليس على القيمة اإلجمالية‪.‬‬
‫‪‬أن تكون التكاليف المطلوبة في الميزانية مقبولة تبعا لتعليمات كل محور على حده وتجنب إدراج‬
‫تكاليف غير مقبولة (مثل الرواتب والديون وشراء االراضي والمباني الجاهزة والفوائد)‪.‬‬
‫‪‬إدراج المصاريف الضرورية فقط لتنفيذ المشروع‪.‬‬
‫‪‬مراعاة وضع تكاليف منطقية وواقعية‪.‬‬
‫‪‬أن تكون التكاليف المذكورة متوافقة مع األنشطة الواردة في طلب المشروع‪ ،‬بحيث تبرر النتيجة‬
‫المرجوة من المشروع حسب األنشطة المطلوبة (الربط بين االستثمار و عوائد هذا االستثمار)‪.‬‬
ANNEX III. BUDGET for the Action
STEP 1: Project Budget
Insert all necessary acceptable & eligible costs that are needed for your project
The inserted costs should cover 100 % of each the item cost
( your contribution & JEDCO contribution):
For example Total Project Cost as indicated in the application 125,000 Euro)
STEP 2: Justification of the Budget
Fill the Clarification of the inserted budgeted items and the necessity of the costs
and how they relate to the action and your Justification of the estimated costs.
STEP 3: Sources of funding
STEP 3: Fill the requested Financing Amount and the Financing % that you need
from JEDCO, and the balance of the project cost that will cover your share of
financing share.
E.g. Total Project cost 125,000 euro , requested Financing 75,000 euro from JEDCO
at 60%, and 50,000 euro from the Applicant at 40% .
