Key Policy Actions – KSA Implementation (1)
1. To engage in and to promote transparent,
accountable INGO coordination with the
recognised authorities at all levels, in support
of the Government of Rwanda's development
objectives, with a particular focus on Sector
Working Groups at the National level and Joint
Action Development Forums at District and
Sector level;

2. To promote and facilitate opportunities and
channels through which the voices of
ordinary Rwandan citizens may be heard by
public and private decision makers at all levels
within society, with a particular focus on citizen
participation in the 3rd Phase of the
Government's Decentralisation Implementation
Plan;

3. To work to help build the capacity of civil
society, the private sector and government,
where required and appropriate, in support of
the Government of Rwanda's development
objectives and the aspirations of the Rwandan
people, with a particular focus on aiding
Rwandan civil society to play an effective,
pivotal role in the development of the country.
