Carry out the objectives of the Grand Polemarch’s Kappa Commitment Develop a communication line, from bottom up to top down Develop Province leadership and increase the bench Enhance the financial status of the Province by establishing a Ways and Means Committee Develop and utilize the Web site for improved communications and as an informational tool Establish a Kappa Legislative Day in the Commonwealth of Virginia Increase the Eastern Province’s representation at the Kappas on Kapital Hill program Focus on training and development of undergraduate advisors to help bridge the gap between the undergraduates and alumni Review all operational aspects of the Province to make it more efficient by developing Standard Operating Procedures, Province Polemarch’s directives, and an SOP manual
