Commercial Real State & Economic Development (CREED) Act
• Refinance existing commercial mortgages
• Lower monthly payments
• Place more capital back to small businesses

Counterpart to Senate’s CREED Act bill
• Extends the 504 loan financing program for 5 years
• In 2012, last year of the program, over 2,400 small businesses benefited
from refinancing of over $2.2billion

Annual district wide function that recognizes outstanding
women, 1 from each city, for their work and contribution to
their respective communities

