Culture and Tourism Network
Based on Dorset Arts Trust structure:
Principles
• Open to all in culture and tourism sectors
• Start small with the committed and grow
• Consultative workshops and buy in as the basis for action
• Network business combined with training or workshops
• Light touch, working with existing structures / networks
• Whole network decides strategic actions
• Project groups decide / deliver specific actions
• Network co-ordinator
