Completing a Graduation Transition Plan
4.
Student-led Interview

English Language Admission Requirements
3 years of study in English in Canada, or 70% on the
provincial exam for an English 12; 6.5 IELTS/ 90
TOEFL, or final grade of 70% in English 11/12
English Language Proficiency Requirement
Registration in 1st Year English with an 80%
interim mark or 75% final grade in English 12;
or an essay score of 5 on the LPI (Language
Proficiency Index)

final blended grade of 60% in an English 12;
6.5 IELTS/ 88 TOEFL,
English Literacy Requirement
75% blended mark in English to register in W course
English 12 with 60-74% will be admitted but within
the first three semesters must:
Complete FAL X99-4 with minimum grade C
OR
LPI with an essay score of 4 & 50% on other parts

Proficiency with 60% in Foundations of Math 11,
Precalculus 11 or Math 12
70% in Foundations of Math 11, Precalculus 11,
or Math 12 to register in Q course

Score 20/30 on Quantitative Placement Test

- Language Proficiency Index is required by
many colleges and universities if you do not
meet the English 12 proficiency requirement
