• Note5: 华宇6.95 HD IPS分别2款，OTM1283A(RAMless)和
OTM1288A(HalfRAM)，FPC一样，差别如下：
• 1288A支持Command mode，可用低成本Baseband如MTK6572
• 1288A支持CleverEdge功能，可将FWVGA(480x854)振荡出
HD(720x1280)的图像(1.5x)，画质不会损失太多
• 1288A支持VSP/VSN电压外灌
• 1288A 在Command mode时，TE必须拉出来，同时每个Frame
必须写2Ch，让IC知道重置address
• 1288A使用2-lanes是D0&D1，1283A使用2-lanes是D1&D2
