About us………
Mr. M.C. Pandey (CMD), along with his younger brother Mr. V.C. Pandey (Director), after strings of
successful projects incorporated M.V.OMNI PROJECTS (INDIA) LTD. in the year 2002. Incorporation of
the organization was culmination of decade of hard work put in by the promoters.
M V Omni Projects (India) Ltd (MVOPIL) with its head office at Ahmedabad, Gujarat started its
humble journey in the year 2002 executing telecommunications works from DOT, Government of
India. Today MVOPIL is a well-established and fast growing infrastructure development company in the
areas of Civil Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Railway Engineering, Irrigation & City Gas Distribution.
MVOPIL’s growth story is based on the strong foundations of long term vision to position itself as a
premier multi-disciplinary engineering organization capable of providing Engineering,
Procurement and Commissioning services to infrastructure projects on turnkey basis. Today, MVOPIL
has active presence in seven states of India and is pro-actively spreading its reach into other states
and areas of operations.

Survey, Laying and Commissioning of more than 20,000 Kms of OFC cables for telecommunications,
Doubling project for 30 kms Vadodara division in Western Railways, Supplying and Commissioning of
Signal and traffic control systems for various zones of Indian Railways, Survey, laying and Commissioning
of City Gas Distribution networks for Mumbai, Thane, Delhi, Hyderabad, etc, Construction of 1600
houses for armed forces of Army and Air Force at Ahmedabad and Vadodara and Construction of 3800
houses for Urban poor in the cities of Ahmedabad and Vadodara, Construction of Indoor stadium
built to international standards to host swimming, volleyball & badminton tournaments at Vadodara
and Construction of multi-storied NBCC Centre (Commercial Complex) at New Delhi, are some of the
major projects executed by MVOPIL.
Presently, MVOPIL is executing some very prestigious projects at various locations in India. Doubling
of Railway Tracks between Srikrishna Nagar to Chandrauli in Uttar Pradesh(140 kms), Construction of
more than 10000 houses for Urban poor at Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Surat etc.

graduate. After an initial employment of few years, he started his career
as a businessman in a humble way in signaling and telecom sector, which
was opening up way back in the 90’s. By hard work and sincere efforts, by
satisfying the clients, he built up a strong foundation for venturing into
other areas of operation.
Mr. M. C. Pandey is a visionary and is serving the country in his own way by building up quality life for the citizens.
He strongly believes in the company motto of “……Towards Making The World Better” which is the driving force
behind all his ventures. Today from the small beginning, the company is into areas of housing, irrigation, signaling
& telecommunications, railways and bridges. His strong leadership quality has built up a team of young talented
and dedicated professionals in the company dedicated towards building the nation.
Mr. M. C. Pandey also discharges his social responsibility in contributing during any natural calamities, cultural

Mr. V. C. Pandey is a Science Graduate and also the one of the founder of the
Company. He is a Whole-time Director designated as Executive Director on the
Board of the Company.
He has a pervasive, vast, and efficient experience 25 year in Infrastructures
Development including telecom system, Gas distribution network system and in
structural development system.
He is looking after the technical side of the Company. He has also made his name as a Social Activist in the State of
Uttar Pradesh where he is well known for his generosity.

Mr. Nishant M Pandey has recently joined as Executive Director of the Company.
He is a graduate degree in commerce from Gujarat University, India. He has
done his Masters in International Business Management from Bedfordshire
University, London. He is looking after marketing operations.

Buildings Construction Corporation for about 30 years and lastly worked as
Group General Manager, Navi Mumbai SEZ (Reliance Group Company ) for 3
years as Sr. Vice President and thereafter working as Executive Director in M. V.
Omni Projects (I) Ltd. He has vast experience in the Construction of Television Studios, Transmitting Stations,
Townships, International Airport, Roads, Hospital Building, Kolkata Metro Railway, Multistoried Office Building, ,
Power Plant (Civil Works), Real Estate Projects etc. He was involved in planning of Monorail and water Transport
Project in Mumbai. He is having best academic achievements, is keen in making fast decisions and taking perfect
technical solutions. He has vast experience of 42 years in Civil Engineering Structures, Infrastructure Development
including Gas distributor network system and Telecommunication Infrastructure.

Mr. Partha Mookherjee is B.E. (Civil), PGDHRM, FIE, CE, MIRC, MCAII and having over
40 years rich and diverse experience in project
management,
contract
interpretation and administration, quality assurance and procurement involving large
hydro & thermal power construction, infrastructure development including large
township with water supply & sewerage network, WTP, STP etc. and handling
other areas like arbitration ,dispute settlement, project planning, monitoring &
system development etc. (Maximum career span associated with Thermal and Hydro
Power plant construction).
His core areas are Planning, Execution management, handling contract & project implementation and coordination with various
authorities. His specialization is in Thermal, Hydro, Bridges, High-rise buildings, Large Township, Railway Track laying, tunneling.
High-rise hotel & civil infrastructure. Implementing Quality Assurance program, Procurement, Contract interpretation and handling.
He has the exposure of construction of steel bridges with riveting (both shop and field rivet) and cantilever erection of steel girder
with a moving crane on top chords for member erection. He is also have exposure of constructing concrete bridges with pre stressed
concrete by post tensioning with Frasinate and Tencacai method. Launching of girders by launching truss. Conventional method of
cast in situ, all having maximum span of 45.7 meters. In addition to above around 50 trainings programs in NTPC mostly in Power
Management Institute & a few in IIM are in his professional journey.
He was Addl. General Manager (Technical Services) in Koldam Hydro Project of NTPC in Himachal Pradesh at the time of super
annuation. Presently, he is holding the charge of Executive Director (Operation) and entrusted with the responsibilities of operation
of special project, system development, project planning, monitoring and contract administration.
