In this role you work collaboratively with the business to understand their agenda and to drive it forward with appropriate
HR strategies and tactics. Moreover, you will act as employee champion and change agent; assess and anticipate HRrelated needs and will deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of
the organization.
The aim is to become a trusted partner to the leadership team and employees.

If you are interested in this role, the following requirements should at least be met;
7+ years relevant HR experience
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or related, or job experience equivalent
Besides Dutch language skills business fluent in English
Experience in working in a matrix / international organization (preferred)
