Thank you very much for the interest you have shown in The Gelderhorst, National
Centre for Elderly Deaf, in Ede.
Every year we receive several requests, from both national and international groups
that want to visit The Gelderhorst.
To make your visit as good as possible and to offer you an informative and pleasant
day, you can choose from some programs as our guest.
Please read the possibilities and the conditions as described in the brochure
carefully.
In the booking form you can then indicate what your needs are. We are happy to
receive this form fully completed returned.

Booking conditions
Reservation term:
At least 1 month before the desirable visit date we need to be in possession of a
completed booking form.
Group size:
A group can exist maximum of 30 people.
Days:
An organized visit is possible from Monday to Friday
Program:
You will be offered a basic program which you can expand with an optional package
with 2 themes.
Communication:
Throughout the visit a sign language interpreter will be present. The cost to become
an interpreter be invoiced (56,75 € per hour). When you need other communication
tools, you can indicate this on the form.
Cancellations:
Cancellations free of charge made up to 2 weeks prior to the visit date. Afterwards,
75% of the agreed fee will be charged to you.
