another language.

required.

In year one you take:
GRMN 101/3.0 Beginner’s German I
and
GRMN 102/3.0 Beginner’s German II
In year two you take:
GRMN 201/3.0 Intermediate German I
and
GRMN 202/3.0 Intermediate German II
In year three and year four you take
FOUR courses (12.0 units) in German at
300-level
You have a choice of:

GRMN 309/3.0 Survey of German Cultural History II
GRMN 311/3.0 German Language and Culture through
18th- and 19th Century Literature
GRMN 312/3.0 German Language and Culture through
20th-Century Literature

During any one of the four years of your
program, you can take other German
courses (i.e. at 400-level) or TWO of the
optional courses (in English).
