To recommend to the president
policies, procedures, practices, and
actions that will contribute to student
access, retention, and success at
CSUCI. Based on the Academic
Master Plan the committee will
develop a 5-year strategic enrollment
management plan.
To enable targeted recruiting
efforts and effective campus-wide
planning, enrollment goals need to
be defined in the context of two
questions:
What do we want CSUCI to look like
in five years, in terms of the
composition of the student body?
What aspects of the student “mix” are
most important to us, and how do we
prioritize among the types of students
we might seek to attract?
