Enrollment Management &
Student Success
2008 – 9
Charge
 To recommend to the president
policies, procedures, practices, and
actions that will contribute to student
access, retention, and success at
CSUCI. Based on the Academic
Master Plan the committee will
develop a 5-year strategic enrollment
management plan.
 To enable targeted recruiting
efforts and effective campus-wide
planning, enrollment goals need to
be defined in the context of two
questions:
 What do we want CSUCI to look like
in five years, in terms of the
composition of the student body?
 What aspects of the student “mix” are
most important to us, and how do we
prioritize among the types of students
we might seek to attract?
