 FSI a Socially Entrepreneurial Organisation addressing
Bonded Labour through Ethical Manpower Provision
(EMP)
 FSI and EMP was born in Iraq in 2006. Experience of
serious corruption associated with the recruitment of
‘Gurkhas’ into the Security Industry.
 FSI was set up to protect Gurkhas but now rolling out
EMP to other Industries from FSI Offices in Nepal,
Kenya, India, and in JV with Marie Apostol from the
Philippines

 FSI asked to undertake detailed audit of the incumbent

infiltration, which had directly lead to a murder back in
Nepal
