Undulator hall:
Baseline from JE was overpriced.
Able to loosen tolerances, redesign for lower cost.
Temperature stability ±0.2°C  ±1°F
Support structure stability design study at ANL
k variations sets the tolerance
Diagnostic cable length is also a concern
150k CFM conditioned air  20k CFM
Need to validate the ability of the design to meet the
tolerances.
