LAT Clean Tent – approximately 15 ft x 16 ft floor area for assembly and functional test
operations with additional “non-clean” area for EGSE

T-Slotted Floor Area – approximately 25 ft x 25 ft available floor area for turn-over operations

Instrument in conjunction with the LAT Spacer/Test Stand

Overhead crane will also be used for radiator installation

LAT Instrument must be protected from dust and particles before it is placed inside the
LAT Clean Tent
Issues
–
Need to develop rotation procedure by running pathfinder activities with the LAT
Spacer/Test Stand and a mass simulator of the LAT Instrument in conjunction with the
NRL crane
