Between modules:
A particle traversing the boundary between
TKR modules and at normal incidence to the

Description of NonConformance
The test limits given by TKR for bias voltages are no longer good as a result
of production changes to TEM/TPS. Specifically:
Problem #, NAME, Limit, Reported by TEM
1) TKR Digital (2.5 V), 2.3-2.7, V 2.7086
2) TKR bias (I), 0.8-1.2, mA 0.368 TKR Bias (I) limit of 0.8-1.2 mA.
We are measuring 0.145 mA when the TKR Bias V0 is set to 120 V, and
around 5 mA when TKR Bias V0 is set to 0V.
3) TKR Analog A (1.5), 1.4-1.6, V 1.6255
4) TKR Analog B (2.5 V), 2.3-2.7, V 2.7282
5) TKR Bias (V0), 116-122, V 123.5666 TKR Bias V0 limit 116 - 122 V.
Again, with Tkr Bias V0 is programmed to 120 V we are reading 123.38 V
ICD specifies no greater than 120V."
From NCR 330 Two out of limit parameters.
"Both measurement issues are in TE101
These errors found during test iaw LAT-PS-03290 on LAT-DS-00722 TKR

CAL and
TEM/TPS in
metrology bay
Description of NonConformance
IS: during runID 135000724 we saw lots of tem error events when
in past we never got them. We are testing CAL FM-105 in the
metrology bay with GLAT 1753 TEM/TPS installed. We do not
know if this is normal or not, but suspect an issue as this is different
from the behavior of other units.
SB: No TEM error events except during threshold scan in cal shp
routines.

(Brian Horwitz 03-14-05) Revise
procedure (PS_4511) to call out
individual CAL schema. In this case,
the schema is
GASUTestStand_FM104.xml.
IS: During the running of calibDac suite per AIDS-879 Step 20 on
Tower A the test calf_supp_p01 did not complete in the expected
time. Total run time was 5 hours. The test was aborted at the end of
swing shift 03-10-05.
SB: Expected time for whole suite is 2 hours.
•
MRB Meeting, Thursday, March 17th at 10:00 a.m.
–
NCR 385: Review why muTrg Test would not complete. Review why file from Fridays failed calibDAC run had to
manually be placed into the Ancillary directory in order to run muTrg. Again review why the test would not complete
until, raising and re-raising threshold further, to have test run to completion. MRB to Discuss interim disposition:
Perform tests on HW and SW to determine why this event rate causes trouble during this routine and how other routines
can process significantly higher event rates.
–
NCR 373: Review CAL CPT if test is complete prior to MRB. The GASU based test stand must first be validated. After
validation of the GASU based test stand it will be connected to the FM105-CAL/TEM/TPS and the CAL CPT will be
performed.
