

Net Call Recorder, is software that enables
call recording on Avaya Communication
Manager. It is developed by Net İletişim and
fully compatible with Avaya Communication
Manager.
Net Call Recorder, enables call recording on IP,
digital, analog or softphone extensions. NCR can
record all or a subset of calls on extensions like
only incoming calls. Also NCR can record all
extensions in your organisation or just the
selected ones.

Unlimited recording
◦ Even if call durations are too long, that’s not a
problem, NCR has no limit on call durations or call
volumes.

Advanced search
◦ Call records can be found by using detailed search
fields. In addition NCR allows you to mark
important calls with color labels.

Call triggers
◦ With the help of call triggers, you can record calls
based on day of week, time of day, direction of call
or according to call parties.

Internal/External calls
◦ Net Call Recorder is not limited just to external calls
and can record all internal and external calls.

Independent network infrastructure
◦ NCR can be used in your network without changing
infrastructure and adding additional hardware to
your infrastructure. This decreases total cost of
ownership and increases return of investment.
◦ You can access NCR server from anywhere in your
network by using client application.

Record sharing

active calls to evaluate agent interaction and quality
