What it is?
0 The Lasso tool allows you to draw a free form shape to
create a selection.
0 The Magic Wand tool looks for differences in color and
contrast (pixel differences) depending upon various
parameters you set.
Types of Lasso Tools
0 Lasso- Creates a freeform shape for selection
0 Polygonal- Creates a series of straight lines to enclose
a selection area
0 Magnetic- Creates a freeform shapes, but recognizes
boundaries between colors
Types of Wands
0 Quick Selection- Creates a selection based on
parameters to define color
0 Magic Wand- Similar to Quick Selection but allows for
more fine tuning
