What is a Rocket Wellness
Smart Choice?
• A food item or beverage which meets 3 of the
criteria below:
• ≤ 4 g of Saturated Fat per entrée, OR ≤ 2 g Saturated Fat per
side or snack
• ≤ 600 mg of Salt per entree, ≤ 300 mg per side OR ≤ 150mg
per snack
• Whole grain 1st or 2nd ingredient on ingredient list
• ≤ 550 calories per entrée, OR ≤ 150 calories per snack
• No sugar added containing ingredients on beverages, desserts,
yogurt, dairy or fruit items
• 21g or less of sugar per 8 oz. of a beverage, OR 100% fruit
juice beverage

Smart Choices For A Healthy Weight
• 12-Week employee healthy weight loss program
• Includes weekly group sessions of 1 hour during lunch with Rocket
Wellness Dietitian
• Individual 30 min sessions every-other-week
• Focus will be on sustainable healthy eating to achieve and maintain
a healthy weight and healthy eating habits for life
• Program is also great for anyone with pre-diabetes, high cholesterol,
or anyone looking to eat healthier
• Special prevention based pricing for employees
