The e-commerce strategy is an important factor in the success
of the company. Understanding e-commerce strategy and use
it flexibly, the managers will lead to successful company
because the managers know customers need
In other research investigated the concepts and contents of ecommerce, there is still no consensus on the decisions related
to how an e-commerce strategy is selected and formulated.
The motivation of this research is build a model, soft
computing model, which is a way to choose e-commerce



Making model for evaluating the E-commerce
strategies.
In our research, It help me get more knowledge
about e-commerce.
To conduct a numerical example to show the
computational procedure and the feasibility of the
proposed model.
