Day 14 Survey example

XYZ Corporation would like to implement a
new payroll system to automate the current
system. Currently, employees fill out a time
record indicating the hours they worked.
Gross pay is calculated based on each
employees’ hourly rate and the hours they
worked. Net pay is what they are actually
paid after withholding deductions and taxes
are taken out. Each employee receives a
check with their net pay.

Real Estate Inc (REI) works with two types of buyers.
Some buyers have an interest in one specific house.
In this case, REI prints information from its files,
which the real estate agent uses to help show the
house to the potential buyer. Other buyers seek
REI’s advice in finding a house that meets their
needs. In this case, the buyer completes a buyer
information form that is entered into a buyer file, and
REI real estate agents use this information to search
REI’s houses-for sale file and the multiple-listing
service for houses that meet their needs. The results
of these searches are printed and used to help the
real estate agent show houses to the buyer.
