superstructure.
Crews have begun

installation.

storm drain
installation is

• HISTORY
• Private utilities relocation – this is causing delays
with placing the sound walls.
• Grade changes
• Drainage improvements
• Minimizing traffic and noise disruptions
These challenges are putting the scheduled completion 4
date of fall 2016 at risk.
What’s to Come
• Albright Drive/Lynnhaven Parkway: Two weekend
closures for paving operations.
• Lynnhaven Parkway/Dalrymple: Partial closure for
about 7 months
