CURRICULUM VITAE
Alina Fedoseienko was born on July 16th, 1988, in Chernihiv, Ukraine. She studied
Biochemistry (2005-2011) at the National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv (Ukraine).
Her research master project was done in Palladin Institute of Biochemistry (Kyiv) and was
aimed to study the role of adaptor protein Ruk/CIN85 in carcinogenesis. She graduated in
2011 with MSc in Biochemistry.
In October 2011 she started her PhD project at University Medical Center Groningen,
Department of Pathology and Medical Biology. There she worked in the Molecular Genetics
group under supervision of Dr. Bart van de Sluis and Prof. Marten Hofker. In September
2016 she concluded her 5 years research with a PhD dissertation “Identification of a novel
multiprotein complex in cargo sorting that preserves metabolic pathways in the liver”.
