Progress
• The task force has been well supported
• February 21st (full team meeting)
• Reviewed Action Plan and Schedule
• Decided to adjust strategy of review by section
• Full group to review complete document.
• It was agreed the default position was to accept
recommendations from joint task force.
• Requested comments/issues/exceptions to be raised prior to the
next meeting
• April 25th (full team meeting 3hrs)
• Line by line review - Good progress (approx. 50% complete)
• Stopped at Material section
• Minutes with attendees from both meetings included in report

• Establish liaison with materials group and resolve (full) adoption of
current recommendation (latest version)
