• Our initial Areawide Agreement was signed in
1997. Re-negotiated in 2004 and then again
in December 2014
• Negotiated a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)
in 2011 to identify contract terms via the UESC
solution
• The Areawide Agreement and BOA are the
backbone of our UESC Solution
