• 2중 저장 방식의 정량 주입으로 용기내압이 정밀하다
• - 생산된 음료 제품 내압 편차를 최소화 해서 주입되는 액체질소 주입 장비이다
Our machines can be operated via a two-way system that includes continuation 2,000 BPM (bottle per min) and
discrete
600 BPM dosing type.
Because of double containing, the stainless steel tank’s inner pressure equality is maintained accurately.
The produced beverage can of inner pressure is always controlled by our liquid nitrogen doser.

-CVS 기액 분리기는 1, 2차 저장조 방식으로 1차 저장조는 진공배관에서 액체질소 이송 시 발생 되는 기체를 분리하여 외부로 방출
하고 , 2차 저장조는 액체질소를 저장하여 주입기로 순수 액체 질소를 공급하는 세계 유일의 최첨단 방식의 2중 탱크 저장방식의
(발명 특허 출원중) 기액 분리기이다.
-The second containing tank can control dynamic pressure and the gas that is breaking out. It also does not cause any trouble
in flowing to the dosing system line. It is the only highly technological product in the world that has double liquid nitrogen
separator during the construction of tank.
- 작업 종료 후 일정시간이 경과 하면 기체 질소를 저장조 내부에 자동 공급 되어 대기압보다 높은 압력이 유지되며 외부 공기가
침투 되지 않아 항상 최적의 조건을 유지 하는 구조이다.
- After finishing the product line, it maintains real-time optimization because the nitrogen gas goes into our phase separator
automatically and maintains high pressure than air pressure. Therefore, the air outside cannot pass through into the phase
separator.

- 액체 질소 주입기의 주입량 조절은 주입기가 상하 전후로 노즐위치가 용이하게 조절되는 장치로 장착되어 간단 하게 주입량을
조절 할 수 있으며, 설치 공간 또한 최적의 조건으로 다양하게 구비되어 있어서 어떠한 공간이라도 설치 가능하다.
-The workers can control the filling rate easily in CAN and PET bottles because the filling rate can be simply controlled upward
and downward as well as frontward and backward. Also, our machines can be set up and optimized in any place.
- 주입기에 적용된 부품이 국산화 되어서 유지 관리비가 저렴하며, 주기적인 순회점검과 신속한 사후관리로 보증되는 주입기이다.
-All the parts of our machines are made in Korea. As such, we can supply the parts very quickly with low price than any other

진공 파이프 설명
초저온용 진공 파이프 - Vacuum insulated Pipe

CVS 초저온용 진공 배관은 (cryogenic insulated vacuum pipe) super insulation tape로 보온하여 2중 배관의
진공배관으로 관내에 이송하는 액체 질소 기화를 최소로 하며, 배관 외부에 결로를 방지하여 초저온 액체질소를
원활히 공급한다.

액체질소 저장용 대형 탱크에서 음료수에 주입되는 액체 질소 주입기 공정까지 설치되는 진공배관은 액체 질소가
원활히 공급하기 위하여 관내 발생되는 기체를 방출하는 Relief Valve 가 장착되고, 배관 관로에 최적의 조건으로
설계 제작하여 설치한다.

진공파이프는 고도의 숙련이 필요한 용접작업으로 품질 관리가 필수이며, CVS는 최상의 진공배관을 생산하는
시스템을 구축 하였다.
Vacuum Insulated Piping Systems

The CVS cryogenic insulated vacuum pipe insulates through the super insulation tape, and it minimizes
gasification from liquid nitrogen during the transfer to our double vacuum pipes. This means that our vacuum
pipes almost do not cause the icing of pipes and supply the liquid nitrogen to the doser with firm stability.
