CDCS Data Elements
CDCS data elements are customized to each
service model. Typical elements include:
• Referral
• Intake

• Community Based Service Referrals

CDCS allows ad hoc and standardized reporting
• Risk Reduction Indicators (Measures and
goals selected using the RBA framework)
• Lists (such as active client lists, discharged
client lists, and wait lists)
• Completion information (such as completion
rates by location, by demographic
categories, breakdowns of reasons clients
don’t complete)
• Client Level Reports (such as discharge
reports and progress reports)
