throughout the 10 lifecycle phases. This session will review the

The HHS EPLC framework:
Applies to all HHS IT investments and projects
Consists of ten life cycle phases
Provides the flexibility and allows for differences in project size,
complexity, scope, duration, etc.
Accommodates iterative development methodologies
