부담하여야 하되,
다만, 그러한 검사가 수출국에 의하여 강제되는 경우에는
예외로 한다.

Assistance with information and related costs
• 매도인은 해당되는 경우에, 시기 적절한 방법으로,
매수인의 요청에 따라 매수인의 위험과 비용으로
매수인이 물품의 수입 및 최종목적지로의 운송에 필요로 하는
서류와 정보(보안관련 정보 포함)를 제공하거나 그러한 서류와
정보를 획득하는데 협조하여야 한다.
• 매도인은 매수인이 B10에 따라 서류와 정보를 제공하거나
그러한 서류와 정보의 획득에 협조하는 데 발생한 모든 비용과
부대비용을 매수인에게 상환하여야 한다.
