property owners wishing to let.

What we do…..
• Offer rooms in houses or flats through property
owners who contact us
• Offer studio flats, as well as a range of
properties in London or within commuting
distance
• Send staff seeking accommodation ( & owners)a
simple form to complete
• Match staff with appropriate accommodation
• Provide relevant information
• Suggest options for short term accommodation
needs
What we don’t do…

Assist with property exchanges

What can you do?
• Ensure new staff know there is a Staff
Accommodation Service at UCL and invite
them to make contact as early as possible
• We also welcome new properties - rooms,
flats, houses
