Creating an Order from a Template

1. Click on the Orders Icon - and the order screen opens.
2. Select an order you wish to make a template of and double-click on it.
Or create the order you wish to make a template of and then open it.
Step 1
1. The selected order will open up. Click on Create at the top of the order.
2. Select New Template. A Template Description window will open.
Give the template a name or description. Click OK.

1. The template is done. Click on Close and the order will close.
2. To create an order from a template click on New in the main screen.
Select Order from Template.

1. The Templates screen will open. Enter the customer’s first letter of their
name and click on the down arrow. Select the customer from the drop
down list.
2. Select Customer Templates and highlight the template you require.
Highlighting a template wll show the shipment(s) on the template.

1. To remove a shipment from the template go to the column labeled DEL.
Double-click in the white box to the left of the shipment. (The shipment
will reappear the next time the template is selected.)
2. Click on Create Order and the new order from the template will open.

1. Check the order for the correct pickup and delivery dates in each
shipment. Adjust the receivables charges if they are different.
2. Click on Save. The order is ready to be dispatched.
