practices. The Contractor shall comply strictly with the

Services adequate measures to safeguard all material on

Sub-Clause 16.4 - The Contractor, without prejudice to
its obligations as a prudent employer, shall instruct its
personnel in all relevant safety practices and precautions
and shall issue its personnel with all appropriate safety
equipment and instruct them in the use of these to avoid
bodily harm and damage to property
