Benefits

All task team members see changes to
document instantly (Deviations, Quality buy-offs,
document closures, signatures, etc.) Team is informed.
Assures data accuracy.

Deviations will be incorporated directly
into document rather than just attachments.
Improves accuracy of operation. Processing, approving,
and distributing deviations is done electronically.
Benefits (Con’t)

Improves information availability for
incident investigations and management reporting.
Eliminates need to carry multiple stamps
and ink pads.
 Emergency procedures can be accessed

immediately.

Future savings may be realized by using the data in
statistical analysis to identify and implement process
improvements.
