decided to go to a plastic surgeon.
9. Her face lift involved months of pain.
• 10. At last the big day arrived and Daisy looked at

herself in the mirror. She was beautiful.

• 11. The surgeon reduced her nose, rounded her chin,

adjusted her ears and removed the bags from

under her eyes.
• 12. Now wherever she went, people approached her
•
to ask for her autograph. She looked like a movie
•
star.

• 13. However, Daisy was still very unhappy and

complained to all her friends.

• 14. Her best friend told her, “Daisy, you have

everything.

• 16. You’re the most beautiful girl I know.
• 17. You have a wonderful job that you love.
• 18. No one tells you what to do or where to go.

• 20. Daisy replied, “I know I have a beautiful new face

but it just doesn’t match my old body .
