The Wedding Planner

Allows brides-to-be to automate the
guest list and all guest information such
as:
– Guest name, address, phone for
sending invitations, and their invite #’s
– Guest RSVP information
If the RSVP was send back, a
check box can be marked to
indicate it was received

Guest dinner selection choice
– If the invitation and RSVP card
require that the guest select their
dinner choice, the user (bride) can
select each guest’s dinner choice
from a drop-down box containing the
following choices: Chicken, Beef,
Vegetarian, and Other
Guest Information cont.

The user of the application can also
record the type of each guest
– This means they can select from a
drop-down box from among four
choices: Family, Friend, Work, and
Other
 This
feature allows the bride and groom to
eliminate, if necessary, guests who are not as
close to the bride/ groom as others, if they have
exceeded guest limits
Viewing Existing Guests

If the user wishes to view an existing
guest’s information, they must select the
guest from an alphabetized drop-down
list
– Once the user clicks on the guest, all
guest information will then be
displayed

The user can also delete a guest from
the list
Services

Users of the system can also keep track
of any service information relating to the
ceremony, reception, and honeymoon
– This includes deposit amounts,
remaining balances due, and any
additional notes they wish to record
(flight numbers, departure dates, etc.)

an alphabetized drop-down box of
services already in the system
 Users can also delete any service
record they wish by selecting the
service from the drop-down box

