• Problem: to Pass Candidacy, specifically APA
exam
• Proposed Solution: Create APA study Group
• Team: 6 students from diverse backgrounds
• Structure: 2 hours a week for eight weeks
• Result:
– 6 Passed
– Intent to develop cohort study

(1) To publish a group paper annually.

enhance individual's leadership
development and systematic thinking.

WFED research.

communication, writing and platform capacity.
(5)To become an expert of HRD/WLP field and implement Ph.D. and
future researches into organization development in Taiwan and China.
