OLTP Replication - approach
eSeva is being replicated in all municipal
areas with main servers at the district level
Plan to utilize infrastructure and services
of eSeva at district level
Use the 5000 rural kiosks
Being created as micro-enterprises under a
separate project
Aim at adding services progressively
Add kiosks as per market demand
Estimated Investment for rolling
out OLTP
Phase I – Replicate in two full districts
– Covering 7-8 departments that deliver key citizen
services
– estimate around $ 2 million in each district
Phase II – Replicate in remaining districts
– Estimate around $ 30 million
Strengthening back-end services - $ 12 million
A Quick estimate - $ 46 million
PPP model recommended
With Govt participation ~ 60 %
Service Charges to be collected from citizens
e-Procurement
.. ready to be launched
Objectives of e-Procurement
Economies of scale through demand aggregation
Better value for money for government
– GoAP procures products & services ~ Rs 8000 cr pa
Reduced cost of doing business for both
government and industry
Increased transparency, monitoring and control in
procurement process
