Come film sarebbe stato bellissimo, come libro è tremendo. I personaggi sono stereotipati,
tranne padre Boni e padre Hogan, che sono forse gli unici realistici, con le loro riflessioni sulla

d'avventura fatto male e terribilmente banale. L'idea di base era buonissima, ma poteva essere

poi l'autore non dice. I personaggi partono da tutto il mondo e si incontrano alla fine in questo
luogo terrificante, ma alla fine non succede niente di che.
Che peccato, all'inizio mi stava annoiando, poi però sembrava che la trama stesse riprendendo
un po' di vigore... e invece no.
