self supporting, furnished pre-fab
units for 1 person. You will have
your own kitchen, bathroom with
shower, toilet and sink. This is a
temporary housing situation
available till half of 2017.
These units are situated at the Aagje
Dekenstraat in Vlissingen. Right near
the center, so on walking distance
from the shops and supermarkets. You
can be at the HZ University of Applied
Sciences within 6 minutes by bicycle.
The units measure 18m2 of living
space and 9m2 for the bathroom.
There are 92 units in total
divided over 4 blocks, each only
2 stories high. You live there
independantly, but seeing as
these units are rented out
exclusively to students, it gives
a nice “student-atmosphere”.
Occupation of these units is
both national and international
students.
All units are rented out including
an advance for the cost of water,
electricity (incl. heating), tv and
internet. There are communal
washing machines and dryers
available for a small fee per use.
