1. Open the SecurEnvoy Advanced Config on your SecurEnvoy server.

2. Go to the “SMS/Voice Gateways” tab
3. Press the “Add” button.

4. Select “Web SMS”
5. Select “CM” as your “3rd-party SMS gateway”

6. Your “UserID” and “Password” are sent to your e-mailaddress after the creation of your
CM Direct account. The UserID is a 32 character, hexadecimal string. The password is a 25
character mix of numbers and letters.
7. If necessary you can use a proxy server to connect to the gateway. Ask your network
administrator whether this is applicable.

OPTIONAL VOICE DELIVERY
It is possible to add a Voice delivery option to SecurEnvoy; i.e. your passcode will be spoken
to you through the phone by a speech computer. Please contact CM through [email protected] for
more information on this technology.
They will create an account for you and specify the parameters you will need to use in the
boxes above.
