the 30th of the following month

• You will receive a member number and
instructions by SMS
• Complete the membership and debit order
application forms and complete registration
in business application.
• If manual application is filed: Fax the two
forms to: 08651 76 297
• Mail originals A.S.A.P to: MAC911, Postnet

correspondence with directs about the
marketing and registration procedures.
