Architectural Control Committee – George Milliken
Due to the economy and the downturn in new construction and remodeling we have been asked mainly to assist with landscaping issues
and some boundary and neighbor disputes.
We have added two new members to our active committee:
◦ Mort Altman
◦ John Morrison, known to many of you as our original developer.
We continue to remind residents with issues for the ACC, to PUT
YOUR REQUESTS IN WRITING to Holly our resident manager. Phone messages
can be used to alert the office to up-coming needs, but ALL must be
followed up with formal , written requests.
In early November Holly and Board member Mort Altman made a 2 day driveby inspection of all Canterwood properties to determine any
needs for improvement/corrections of landscaping problems.
