National Communications Support
Programme: Institutional Arrangements

• Technical assistance to all NAI Parties, regardless of

Proposed Approach to Technical Assistance
• Approach
– Proactive
– Direct response (country-driven)
• Provide flexible “toolbox”
• Promote “learning by doing” and knowledge sharing,
not information dissemination
• No one size fits all, but economies of scale exist
• Translation, where feasible and financially possible
