CANDIDATE SELECTION PROCEDURE
1. Candidate Letter of Presentation (Anonymous)
- Word Printed Document. Name on a sheet of paper at
the back of your letter.
- Min. 200 words, max. 300 words, double spaced
- Answer these two questions:
Why would you like to go to WS?
Why would you be a good candidate for WS?
2. Research and PPT (Anonymous)

3. Individual Interview
