You will resign as the Agent of Service
as soon as you fill out the forms and
make sure they are active and in good
order
 You will remind the treasurer and
pastor that the SOI will need to be
filled out every other year. The State is
not required to send the postcard
reminder and the filing of the form is
required regardless of whether you
receive a reminder.

The Agent Job is not Forever
They must notify the State of CA if the
mailing address changes by filling out
a new SOI
 FAILURE to do so will render the
church in SUSPENDED STATUS. The
church does not want to go there

