FARMIS AS SERVICE PRODUCT
Product Definition
FARMIS is a Record Management Tools designed for
both Farmers and Marketing Groups as an inventory
manager, book-keeper with potential of collecting of
data on (production, transaction and markets), its
provides analysis of production, creates reports and
facilitates market linkages to buying centres and
provides transaction evidence for financial institutions.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION



Used for collecting of seasonal production costs from farmers using a
colour coded CROPCARD.
Farmers are profiled through their member organizations;
 Bio-data
 Personal identification information -Fingerprints and photos
 Location specific information using GPS
 Baseline production data on a selection of 3 commercial crops
 All profiled farmers are issued with an online record account.
 Infotrade ID/Debit Card that is linked to financial remittance
service provider. for cash transfer, saving and payment.
