Used for collecting of seasonal production costs from farmers using a colour coded CROPCARD. Farmers are profiled through their member organizations; Bio-data Personal identification information -Fingerprints and photos Location specific information using GPS Baseline production data on a selection of 3 commercial crops All profiled farmers are issued with an online record account.
